I don't recall her haveing any elemental attack, unless you are speaking about the stunning skill which she should have from the start of the game.
Lyvia is the only professional with actual training in the game after all... but that also means there are no teachers around for her aswell
I swore this game had an ingame walkthrough mod of some kind. Do I remember correctly or am I thinking of the same author but different game? If it exists, is it updated and it's location if its real.

Would you elaborate on that? Which Quests for example... because I don't think you can actually fail a Quest unless you are trying REALLY hard... or are you refferring about makeing bad deccissions in dialogues leading to Character routes you didn't intend to trigger?
I am genuinly curious about that.
There are only two quests you can fail in the game, both of which involve Kate: 'The Lost Ring', if you do not return the ring you find at the start of the game to her, and the mini-game 'Work as a Waitress'. Neither has any negative consequences, as you can easily increase Kate's affection in other ways.

Maybe he means missing some timed events that he wanted to see, like unique dialogue you can get with Emily, if you bang Mira before she goes to church.
Or maybe they just forgot to save someone in time, and they get NTR-ed, i think there are a few of those too, but that's what makes the game fun.

1)Dance->TakeOff -> BetweenNextDance give x2 Gift -> Repeat before open new dialog options ->
2)Doing the job -> BetweenNextDance give x2 Gift -> Repeat before evening sitting on fire Ayita naked danced ->
3)Tease her -> Spend time with her (last options in this dialog) -> Repeat
Don't forget giving gift between action's.
Anyone else has this problem; after transferring the saves, the game doesn't save on old or new slots. Please help.

I think you can also fail the Quest of not bringing in the Raven to Giron or is that simply failing a step in the Quest to take him down?
And bringing Liandra to the Camp is bound to fail her recovery Quest for Giron... but in all those Cases it's a deliberate choice of the Player to fail them... so not really easy to do it unless intended
the only timed Event should be Emilys abduction... and maybe The Dwarf ones if you abondened them in the mine previously.
Emilys abduction only leads to NTR if MC gets caught or is defeated by the guard repeatedly though as far as I recall.

Folder tells: hotfix 0.5.9.0+ to 0.5.9.1a
BUT
how to update .txt file tells:
"this hotfix is meant to update version "0.5.9.1+" to "0.5.9.1a". (+ means version must be any version, including and above 0.5.9.1 Test)
Copy the www folder in this directory into the root (main) folder of the game and replace all files.
Don't use this on any earlier version than stated above or you will get missing images errors!"
So, what I am supposed to do? should I merge this hotfix into 0.5.9.0 or 0.5.9.1?

I have the same feeling. There are a couple of those.
Not saving Emily(when the game starts)
Not interrupting Frisha
With Penny... not sorting out Henry
With Penny not paying Taxes.... etc. etc.
Basically, all timed events will, can lead to unwanted outcomes if you do not keep an eye on them.
Some of these timed events comes up very unexpectedly, and you can waste days in Ruma on a different quest.
Not that I agree with an in game WT, but there is definitely ways that you can "fail" the game (Or getting unwanted result)
One of my unwanted outcomes for instance is Natalie's (?) Massive boobs. I went too far and can not get them back.
But I have played so many hours and she is a minor character, that I just shrugs and continue.
