🍉 Welcome to the Fruit Fae Cafe Art Jam! 🍉 What's an art jam? In this case, folks just create art together based off of a given prompt. It's not a competition and there's no judging. Just create freely and have fun! We're accepting all types of art such as visual, musical, and written art for this art jam! If you have any questions then feel free to ask. 🍓Links🍓 > Magma Paintchat Optional digital drawing board for digital artists wanting to draw with others (Make sure to screenshot your art and post here!) 🍇 Rules 🍇 1. Entries must be posted to this forum post in order to receive a ticket. 2. The art piece should relate to the prompt. 3. Please make an effort. We're all at different skill levels, but please no submitting low effort stick figures, scribbles, etc. just for the sake of ticket hunting. 4. Must be safe for work. If it's not appropriate to post on MyAnimeList then it's not appropriate for the art jam. 5. All entries should be created by YOU. No one else. To elaborate, this means no art stealing, no art borrowing, no commissioning, no asking someone else to draw your entry, and no A.I. generated work. Images, assets, creations, and so on of others should not be in the art you create. However, there are some exceptions to this rule including things such as direct collaborations (through our paintchat for example) or use of things such as existing images as small additions to a piece. Even then, the work should mainly be created from scratch by you. All that being said, whether an entry will be accepted or not will be at our discretion. Similarly with things like music, you may sample a little, but please make the majority of something like a track yourself. 6. Entries should be created during the art jam, not before. 7. Please mention whether you're okay with having your art highlighted or not! 8. Absolutely no pineapples. Bananas are on thin ice. 🍓🧚Highlights🧚🍓 Here are all of the highlights of the art jam! How did we select them? If users answered whether they were okay with having their art highlighted or not, following rule seven, then they've been highlighted. If permission was edited in after I granted the ticket then I haven't seen it. These highlights are simply in order received (with one exception). Everyone's works were amazing! Personally, I had no idea what this prompt would bring and I am honestly so in awe and even inspired by everyone's entries! | Here's my attempt at a drawing with a mouse For some reason my photoshop just starts lagging really bad the longer I use it so I have to keep restarting it constantly... You can probably tell which parts of my drawing were done after my patience ran out. Didn't even bother with the background >.> Should've just drawn on paper instead lol No pineapples as specified. Only a small amount of banana slices used. Showcasing is fine if you're fine with it A fruit fairy flies down to you, assesses the minor banana situation, and eventually waves it off.
